Wharton Award for Teaching Excellence

Our founder Charbel Zreik was grateful and humbled to be awarded the Wharton Teaching Excellence Award for the 2022-2023 year.

‘This is quite sweet especially since it was the first time that my co-professor Jim Vesterman and I taught this class, after having created it very recently. I’m very grateful for this opportunity and the students’ support!” said Zreik after learning he’d earned the prestigious award. He added, “I am very excited to keep equipping the Wharton MBAs with the skills to make their entrepreneurial dreams come true by acquiring and building a company of their choice.”

Wharton’s website says that “the purpose of the award is to recognize the enormous contribution of teaching to Wharton’s mission and to acknowledge the hard work and commitment that is required in our classrooms. This award was created because great teaching deserves special commendation.“
